Ask anyone you see on the street "what is the true national dish of Trinidad and Tobago"?  they would tell you paleau>>>> NO its ah lie the national dish of T&T is doubles we all know that.. in every village or town in Trinidad theres a double vender.... the most popular food the most to be sold in a day or week.. Doubles rules the streets or T&T.... i mean look at it like this people leave their country just to come to Trinidad for what? "DOUBLES" am i right or am i right.... and most Trinidadians like doubles be it with peper, mango, cucumber etc. doubles rule.. i even heard there is a resterant where you can go sit down oder doubles of a menu and eat it with a knife and fork.. sounds kind of funny but its true.. men go into the doubles industry and can support their entire family... you dont beleive me go to curepe and ask the owner of sauce doubles what kind of car he drives... i will say no more
